Description
The Weatherspoon Art Museum is an exhibit space associated with the University of North Carolina in Greensboro that features fine art by contemporary and modern artists, including a small part of the Claribel and Ella Cone Collection. In addition to a permanent collection of works by 20th-century American artists like Henry Ossawa Tanner and Robert Rauschenberg, the museum hosts a regular progression of changing exhibits in a variety of mediums from emerging and established artists around the country.
